Previously I posted on my personal Top Ten Reasons for Moving to Lexington KY…well here’s just a few more that came from a recently published list in the Lexington Herald-Leader:
Parenting.com included Lexington in its Top 10 list for 2010 for familes “because of its 5821 acres of parks, pools and playgrounds.” The entire county is riddled with beautiful parks, ranging from Kenwick Neighborhood’s sweet little renovated park to Jacobsen Park on the south edge of town.

In fact, Parenting.com and Men’s Health both called Lexington KY “one of the best places in the country to raise children”.
More reasons for moving to Lexington KY included :
*Lexington in the Top 10 for “percentage of the population older than 25 with advanced degrees”
*”One of the most stylish states”, according to Esquire magazine (they must have been at Keeneland opening day!)
*Great for Job Seekers: According to Forbes Magazie, Lexington KY was “the best place int he country this spring to look for a new job”.
*Great for Retirees: According to CNN Money in 2010, “Lexington ks one of the best places to retire.”
* GREAT FOR HOME BUYERS! You guessed it! Last, but not at all least, Lexington KY is “one of the best places to buy a home”, according to MSN.com
