Kentucky Horse Farms lead to more than the Races

Once again, Lexington KY’s Keeneland Race Track is starting its Fall Season this Friday, October 7th. But Thoroughbred Racing is only the tip of the iceberg for what lies here in the Lexington KY area, known as the “Horse Capital of the World”. Altogether, Lexington KY’s Rural Service Area supports more than 21,000 local jobs related to it’s horse farm economy, according to a recent Lexington Herald Leader article.
