I am amazed at just how many neighborhoods have homes for sale for over a $1 million dollars. It sure makes me feel good about living in Lexington– and inspired to sell some of these properties!

About 32 people live in this exclusive subdivision with an average household income of $133,000 (the Kentucky average is $42,000). Streets in this neighborhood include Harmony Hill, Eastwood Drive and Eastwood Lane. Eastwood is often considered part of Lakewood Estates. Both neighborhoods are south of downtown Lexington inside New Circle Road between Richmond Road and Tates Creek Road. The zip code is 40502.
